Renewal membership forms are sent out before the beginning of the season. If you do not receive a form, or you would like to become a member please print the form below and submit it to the Charlevoix Snowmobile Club. Treasurer: Loren Purvis (sorry about the stuck pic), 45th anniversary 500 XC polaris, completely stock. (Come on Loren, at least jet it down a bit ! )
